Vamos a despedir este año de 2012 con un álbum norteñísimo de una figura de los grandes del acordeón. Estaremos con ustedes próximamente el dia 07 de enero de 2013, para traerles más música norteña del recuerdo.
Para canciones buenas, no hay nada mejor que la figura de un acordeonista experto y una reconocida trayectoria musical, que enaltece al género musical norteño de la cultura del acordeón del norte de México. Nos referimos a Ruben Vela y su Conjunto.
Ruben Vela, como uno de los grandes del acordeón, supo conquistar a los gustos musicales más exigentes en el arte de la interpretación norteña, dejándonos un enorme legado musical que ha servido de inspiración a las nuevas generaciones y grupos norteños.
Don Rubén Vela nació en Texas, USA (1937-2010) y se nos adelantó en el camino en el año 2010, dejándonos como herencia su experiencia y su maestría en el arte de tocar este instrumento, además de una voluminosa producción musical. La Radiola de Hernán le rinde un homenaje a su memoria, al compartir con su audiencia esta pequeña muestra de su enorme repertorio, del que Dios Mediante, continuaremos aportando más de su música el próximo año 2013.
